The inspector/manager James was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. My technician Dylan contacted me before and after detailing the whole process and even sent me before and after pictures of his work. Great service and communication. I recently contacted them because of noises I heard in the attic. They came out right away and did an estimate. They came out immediately after we accepted the contract, placed a trap where it looked like they were getting into the house. They came out to make sure weren’t any others than the 4 in the trap (trap that was initially placed). They set another trap to make sure there weren’t any more that came out again after it seemed they got everything. I thought I had a problem with bats. Scott showed up and after inspection, gave me the good news that there was no current bat problem and I just needed to clean up droppings from an old problem. There was no charge for the visit! I appreciated the prompt response, advice on avoiding future issues and of course, the free visit!!! I will call Critter Control again if I ever have another issue.
The tech was prompt for the appointments. Told the customer all the steps, and gave updates as each was completed. No mess. Informed customer of warranty and future contacts for renewal. Keep this one !!
I had a cardinal fly into my house and was having trouble leading him out the open door. Scott came to the rescue and was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about bird behavior. He took the time to gently guide the bird out without causing it any stress or harm.
