Scott and his trainee were both wonderful. They were able to come earlier than expected and went right to work rescuing the squirrel in our chimney . Another worker came and prepared the guard on the chimney. I can’t compliment him by name because I wasn’t home when he was here.
Scott responded to email inquiry quickly and was at the house to check out the situation in very short order. Dylan completed the exclusion work and was awesome at communicating status of work and providing before and after photos of the work. We are so appreciative of the professional and attentive service provided by both Scott and Dylan!!! Thank you both!!! Meanwhile the other company reached out to (coastal) never responded. Photos attached to show work. Yes, we know, the house needs to be washed! :)
