Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. I contacted them several times to repair the vent trim damage caused when the critter entered the house. They did send a person multiple times who, obviously, was incapable of repairing it. This was followed by many, many e-mails, including a photo I had to send at least 4 times (because they couldn’t find the previous one that had been sent} and conversations with the company. They found out where the squirrel was coming in but didn't solve the problem. Charged me $2000.00 for work done that didn't keep the squirrel out. I finally live trapped it.
