JP was great and explained the whole process very clearly. His recommendations were spot on, he caught our groundhog on the second morning of trapping and so far nobody else has moved in. Very pleased with the service and results!
My first impression of Amber was she was very friendly. Felt like I have known her for years! Very knowledgeable! Very professional! Explained everything she was going to do. It was quite fascinating listening to Amber telling me all about the Raccoon & babies that were in my soffit. I learned a lot from her!
Steve S. (from the Detroit office) was awesome to work with. He was respectful of the animals, my property and me. He was dependable and worked hard each day in the extreme heat and rain that occurred during the week of my trapping session. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and their habits. Because he is personable and a good trainer, I was able to learn a few new things about them as well. He is a valuable asset to the Critter Control team.
Matt with Critter Control has been tremendous help in managing the unwelcome critters that tend to wander in from the large field behind my house. He’s been absolutely fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and truly takes the time to explain what’s going on and how he’s addressing it. Whether it’s snakes, bugs, or anything else creeping into the yard, Matt’s been consistent in keeping my property safe and critter-free. Highly recommend his services if you’re dealing with unwanted wildlife!
