James and Steven S were a pleasure to work with. Informative, prompt, and very thoughtful in their approach to helping us solve the issue of some uninvited animals moving into some burrows along our home 😂. Within a week they were able to catch and release 3 animals (raccoons and groundhog). Steven was courteous and an effective communicator, keeping me apprised every day as he came out via text message.
I called Critter Control Saturday about a completed project that started unraveling. Critter Control has someone out here early Monday morning. So appreciative of the company's promptness.
