Ive been using critter control for last 6 months i live in City of chicago .where rats are bigger than some cats . i was having a issue where they got into my house after calling multiple companys with not results critter control came out after a month i called i didnt see results .the guy on phone was super nice and explained the process . after that month . they started dropping like flies they are dieing everywhere . not only am i happy my neighbors are too . no more critters . its worth the money the city doesnt do anyt... read more
EDIT: I was helped by customer service (Daniel and Jeremy) and they made things right. Great company, I recommend them solely for their follow up on making sure I am a happy customer. Will 100% use them in the future. Zach and Bryan were nice but on inspection I was told the bird vent guard would have a key to open the cage surrounding the vent. Critter Control came out the same day and the next day they came out and did the repairs and put up the deterrents for the Woodpecker. The guys on both visits were professional and assuring. I glad I found them will always recommend.
Absolutely fantastic to work with, excellent pricing, and was able to quickly evict a family of racoons in my attic. Phenomenal job!
