I’ve honestly been through hell dealing with Critter Control. I came to them for professional help with a rodent problem, expecting relief and expertise — and instead got confusion, broken promises, and complete disregard for the stress I’ve been under. I personally eliminated my internal infestation with my own bait and poison before they ever managed to start trapping. Interior Trapping didn’t even happen until after I complained.
