We had what we believed to be a possum that was in our attic one night, and we called Critter Control the next morning, and they were out at our house by the afternoon. They proposed a removal of the animal, building of exclusions to prevent re-entry, and sanitation of the space. Overall, it was pricier than we were hoping for, but the bid seemed thorough and there was concern that there may be multiple possible entry points.
