2021 - bats moved in. I contact Critter Control - they take a look, see where the bats are entering. They tell me the insulation is now a severe health hazard and must be replaced, $7,000 (this included exclusion work). They seal up the holes, clean the attic, put in blown insulation inferior to what I had. I was assured they stand by their work and this will be taken care of long term.2022 - bats are back.
