Adam and Brett were very professional and shockingly knowledgeable and Cory and Brian came and did an excellent job on my mother’s house and got rid of her rats which I thought was impossible! Other companies didn’t go above and beyond with the amount of work that critter control is willing to go. 10/10 recommend
Our previous pest control company refused to service our attic. Adam and his team not only took on the job, they found three snakes while searching for a raccoon that had made its way in — and we also have an armadillo issue under the house. Rather than setting a few traps, spraying the baseboards, and calling it a day, they went after every problem head on. They are now sealing all the entry points to prevent future issues. Every part of the experience was positive - the office staff who answer the phone, the salesman who assessed initially, and the technician. Everyone one was prompt and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed and happy with the technician; he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, communicative. I am glad I used Critter Control.
