The technician was very personable and worked hard in some hot, humid weather. I gave 3 stars because two days after his last visit, we found a area with several new tunnels
Josh met with me and explained the process of getting rid of the flying squirrels in the chimney/attic. He stayed in great communication through the process. Jacob came out and took care of sealing the house and trapping any unwanted squatters. He was very patient answering any questions. It is much quieter now at our home. 😊
David Vasquez was the technician. He did a fabulous job. Kept me informed of all he was doing, explained in detail all the steps taken. He was very responsive to my questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Will not hesitate to call them if the need arises in the future.
