Katie Bell is my Critter Control Technician. She is not only friendly and professional, but also very thorough. She quickly addressed all of my questions and concerns. She repositioned a bait station to make it less visible and refilled all three stations. She reported minimal activity. I recently got a new AC unit and I ask her to check the hoses that enter the house, to see if she thought it was sealed enough to keep critters out.
