Katie Bell is my Critter Control Technician. She is not only friendly and professional, but also very thorough. She quickly addressed all of my questions and concerns. She repositioned a bait station to make it less visible and refilled all three stations. She reported minimal activity. I recently got a new AC unit and I ask her to check the hoses that enter the house, to see if she thought it was sealed enough to keep critters out. The company rep showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional! He worked quickly and quietly when possible. You hardly knew he was there.
