Thomas Ballard came to our home to rid it of a wild squirrel that had gotten inside in a way that we have yet to figure out. He was exceedingly professional, very, very kind and understanding. We were quite pleased with the information he gave us concerning how to avoid this happening again. If ever something like this was happen, however, we would definitely like Thomas to return.
