We had some wildlife infiltrating our ceiling crawl space and contacted Critter Control. They were very responsive and fair in their pricing so we chose to work with them to solve our problem. John Mark was assigned to our account and we could not have been more impressed with his promptness his attention to detail his care of our home and property and his overall professionalism! We had one pesky skunk under our front porch that proved to be a tough catch. But Steven Stamper stayed with it and tried multiple baits and methods until he got it. Very appreciative of the expertise and customer focus Critter Control delivered. I would use them again… but hopefully not too soon. Lol
Shoutout to Critter Control for saving the day with a raccoon issue! Marcus was the absolute best; he went above and beyond setting up the traps and checking in every single day (even if that’s standard protocol, it felt like top-tier service). He went above and beyond and actually repaired the broken siding while doing the exclusion work since I already had the material and insulation on hand. Super helpful, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend!
We had Critter Control remove a family of raccoons from our home and take care of a small bat colony, and they were fantastic. Their team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process.
