I was dealing with a dead squirrel in my attic and of course Terminix thought it would be great customer service to have me wait 3 days and schedule me with a 3 hour window which that missed. When the Terminix tech finally arrived he was inexperienced and couldn't find the dead animal. Not only did Critter Control come out the SAME day, but they found the problem within 10 min and removed 2 dead squirrels from my attic.
