Excellent response and communication. Explained process well. Very neat (as opposed to being sloppy or haphazard) with the work that was done.
The evaluation and first phase of removal have gone very well. Alberto was informative and thorough. He explained the whole process and worked diligently to finish the one way doors(to eliminate the pests- squirrels and bats)!
