Julien is very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain our animal problem thoroughly. He made sure we were comfortable with the process as well as answering all of our questions. I know our home is well taken care of.
The workers were ripping out insulation and throwing it off the side of the balcony in giant bags and weren’t paying any attention to what was below them, crushing my $250, 4-foot palm tree, and my 3-foot Crown of Thorns. I called this morning and was transferred to their complaint line but received no call back today. Julien was very knowledgeable on the issue with the rats! He explained to my son Elijah and I how if you have one rat there's always multiple rats. He educated us on how fast they reproduce and how they can take OVER a home completely.
