The warranty is a MAJOR LIE. Paid thousands of dollars and promised a warranty and a guarantee only to realize 3 days later they didn’t solve anything. When I tried calling to reschedule a second pass through they have consistently cancelled or completely stood me up with a no show WAISTING my time. It all started with the service crew, they told me they couldn’t finish the full service and were running late but could return if they missed something. They 100% did MISS EVERYTHING. Julien was very knowledgeable on the issue with the rats! He explained to my son Elijah and I how if you have one rat there's always multiple rats. He educated us on how fast they reproduce and how they can take OVER a home completely. Julien inspected our garage, attic, front and back yard very thoroughly and was very eager to come up with a plan of action within the inspection! Very eager to keep him with me on our home journey! I would definitely recommend Julien's services!
The workers were ripping out insulation and throwing it off the side of the balcony in giant bags and weren’t paying any attention to what was below them, crushing my $250, 4-foot palm tree, and my 3-foot Crown of Thorns. Inspector Julien is amazing. He went above and beyond to assist our family. Initially, the operator scheduled our appointment for next week because it was a holiday week. However, once we explained our situation, Julien arrived a few hours later. He conducted a thorough inspection, explained all the options, helped us customize a plan that fit our budget, and got started immediately. We are very satisfied with the service and extremely thankful.
Mr. Julien Perez, Inspector with Critter Control came to my house today for a rodent control inspection. I have seen a a burrow in the front yard near the street and droppings on my patio. I was very impressed the thoroughness of the inspection and advice he gave me. We are considering our options but we really appreciated his inspection.
