The workers were ripping out insulation and throwing it off the side of the balcony in giant bags and weren’t paying any attention to what was below them, crushing my $250, 4-foot palm tree, and my 3-foot Crown of Thorns. This is my second review of Critter Control, and things have only gotten worse. Despite repeated requests, I never heard from a manager until I posted a negative review online. Even after that, the company’s performance remained unacceptable. Scheduled appointments were canceled last-minute or mishandled, with teams showing up hours early or not at all—and without notice.
