We control rodents, provide bait stations and recurring service, remove larger vertebrate pests and perform an integrated variety of control approaches to wildlife management and animal damage repair and prevention. Trap-free solutions, such as one-way doors and eviction techniques, can solve wildlife conflicts without trapping. It is our policy to live trap and relocate animals to the extent that is practical, cost effective and allowable under law.
We had a muskrat in our egress window well. Curt was so quick to respond, arrived in 15 minutes and quickly captured the muskrat to return it to a body of water. Curt was so friendly and professional, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing critter removal.
I called Kurt at Critter Control of mid Michigan as we noticed bats in our vacation property. As it turns out our home was out of his area. He was great with his answers and generous with his time. He even followed up with me about a week later to make sure that I was able to get someone else out to remedy my problem (I did) and to make sure that they didn’t overcharge me. Curt quickly set up a time for inspection after my call. He found entry points for both mice and bats. He even noticed the hazard of the power line that was touching the roof ridge and pointed it out. When setting the nets for the bats he kindly recommended a better mouse trap for inside since the mice were stealing the bait! At this point he's sealed all the entry points, one mouse has been caught, and the power company has raised the line so it's no longer on the roof. Great job and pleasant interactions. Absolutely a great experience! I called and got a return call almost immediately. He was at my house at exactly the agreed upon time and was done taking the skunk within minutes. Also, his price was far more competitive than all the others, many of which didn’t call until the entire next day. This is the best option in the area.
