ALEX came out to assess my rat situation (VERY quickly, within a couple days of my inquiry) and was just……he went above and beyond my expectations. He didn't have to do all he did for just a simple evaluation, super sweet, and a wealth of information he shared. If you can request someone specifically from this company I suggest him. Also very HONEST which is hard to come by it seems with any type of home services these days. He is young, but he absolutely knows what he is talking about. Im taking all his advice!
Alex from Critter Control was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the situation he found in the attic. He explained how the rodents would be caught, what they were, along with showing me pictures of how they were getting in. He also made sure they were not in the actual house. He helped set my peace of mind and also gave me a timeline for how everything would progress with sealing off everything and getting the attic to be “critter free”. Alex is such a nice young man. He is Very personable and knowledgeable about his job.
We had a rat stuck in our house living under our refrigerator for 4 months. We tried 2 other pest control services, was a total nightmare. They kept using the wrong bait and setting traps that didn't snap. I finally called Critter Control out of desperation. After speaking with Alex one time he reassured me he would do everything he could to catch the sucker. He was a man of his word and long story short, we got it! I highly recommend this company, and credit to Alex, give this guy a raise
