Alex is such a nice young man. He is Very personable and knowledgeable about his job.
We had a rat stuck in our house living under our refrigerator for 4 months. We tried 2 other pest control services, was a total nightmare. They kept using the wrong bait and setting traps that didn't snap. I finally called Critter Control out of desperation. After speaking with Alex one time he reassured me he would do everything he could to catch the sucker. He was a man of his word and long story short, we got it! I highly recommend this company, and credit to Alex, give this guy a raise
Alex was super friendly and informative. He called me before to let me know how far away he was, went over the inspection thoroughly and offered suggestions. He was not pushy at all, super polite and the inspection was free!
I would highly recommend Critter Control to everybody and anybody. They are professional, very reasonable and most of all, wonderful to work with. Mark, owner, Is terrific and his employee extraordinaire, Alex, explained everything in detail. Use Critter Control, you won’t be disappointed! In fact, I’m so impressed.
