I had critters in between the vinyl siding and the house. I called critter control and they came out right away and sealed and netted every possible entry point while leaving 2 escape doors for the critters to exit and not enter again. I watched a chipmunk, a red squirrel, a brown squirrel, and a rat exit the trap doors. When I was sure all critters were out of the house, I called them to seal the escape doors. Alex and Shane came out to my home due to a raccoon being in my attic. Upon their investigation they found a hole in my roof that the raccoon had made. They came up with a preventative plan on what to do so this doesn't happen again. They were very professional and very thorough in the process. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call critter control again if need to be. Great service!!
My initial call to Critter Control was in the summer regarding wasps, bees and stink bugs. They got rid of the bees and wasps by spraying and sealing gaps in siding. They also covered some vents. Fall came and so did stink bugs. I called Critter Control under the 12-month warranty and was told they don't cover stink bugs--that their sister company Orkin does. Why did they charge to cover the vents if they say they were only treating wasps an bees? The vent covers don't stop insects from entering the home. I should have read ... read more
