Update: Brandon came over and redid the complete work, which is 100 times better than before. So bumping up the review. Old: Please avoid this company at all cost, after taking the payment, you are left at their mercy to get the job done. Even if the job is done, you would wish you didn't get it done from these folks. Charged me 2500$ for the job and till date it is not done
I had an exemplary experience with Critter Control of Toronto - I had an issue with a racoon slipping under my AC cover. I called first thing at opening - 8am - the company was able to have a technician out on the same day. Eli was super professional, patient, reassuring and efficient. He arrived earlier than expected, accessed the situation and was able to solve the problem and educate us on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Update: District manager offered a refund and was very nice. Bumped to 4 stars. Didn’t do a great job. Here’s the cons: Tried to schedule someone to come out twice after the initial inspection (which was free). First time I called, the woman on the line said the district manager would call me by the end of the day to schedule rodent removal. No call. Dan did a fantastic job of removing our unwanted attic-residents.It wasn't an easy task -- there were three adults, including a mama with babies. We took what seemed like counter-intuitive advice, let mama free and trust that she would remove the babies herself after our presence was known. The strategy demonstrated excellent knowledge of animal behaviour, experience, and it worked!! We have been raccoon-free for four days now.
