I had an exemplary experience with Critter Control of Toronto - I had an issue with a racoon slipping under my AC cover. I called first thing at opening - 8am - the company was able to have a technician out on the same day. Eli was super professional, patient, reassuring and efficient. He arrived earlier than expected, accessed the situation and was able to solve the problem and educate us on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Update: Brandon came over and redid the complete work, which is 100 times better than before. So bumping up the review. Old: Please avoid this company at all cost, after taking the payment, you are left at their mercy to get the job done. Even if the job is done, you would wish you didn't get it done from these folks. Charged me 2500$ for the job and till date it is not done
