Fox, the technician, was really great. He was sympathetic to both the home owner and the critter (a pigeon), itself. Very smooth transaction.
Very happy I called Critter Control. Kim was so nice and answered all my ridiculous questions with patience and expertise. No critters were caught, but they are so thorough with their process that had there been a critter to catch, it would have been! Definitely recommend this business.
