We have had a problem with bats for the last 20 years, i.e. guano all over the place on "the morning after". We contacted Spencer at Critical Control (CC) to find out whether there is a solution other than netting, moth balls, etc. After assessing our situation he recommended a gel CC uses that relies on bats' aversion to capsaicin that proved to be 100% effective. Spencer was prompt, courteous, and accomplished our 20 year old objecti8ve. We highly recommend.

We had a very good experience working with Critter Control. Their representative, Spenser, was knowledgeable, friendly and most efficient in ridding us of the mice in our attic. He also made sure to seal up their access points. We highly recommend this company.
I called 2 other companies to remove a dead rodent from above a sealed exhaust fan in a bathroom. This required some expertise in getting to the rodent because of duct work and sealed vent equipment. Those companies could not do the job. I called Critter Control of Northern Arizona and Spencer came out. I live in the Prescott area. He was able to remove the rodent and assist with cleanup.
