Steve knows what he is doing and how he does his job. He explained everything as he was going along. He did excellent job getting rid of the critters and fixing the roof and taking care Of their droppings. Overall a great job.
Steve was polite and prompt. He accurately explained the situation with the bats in the house and how they gained access. He provided a solution to the problem along with a quote. The services were completed promptly and efficiently.

Steve showed up exactly when he said he would. He did a thorough job setting up a fix to eliminate the birds that got in through a busted exhaust vent. After a few days he came back and installed a permanent replacement. I would highly recommend his services if ever needed
They were able to trap two ground hogs and relocate. Very nice to deal with and explained everything. I would highly recommend them.
