Prompt, courteous and professional
The other day I had an issue with a 50” water snake by the pool fence and called Critter Control. Drew was at my house in just over an hour and, well, bye bye snake. Drew was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He also identified a vole issue in my yard and I signed up for their rodent control program. The next day Eric came by and treated the entire yard. I highly recommend Critter Control of West Springfield. These folks are pros!
