The Critter Control team was very responsive to my needs and very customer-service oriented. Paid a 50% deposit to get rid of squirrels in my roof. They only completed half the work and the squirrels are still in my roof. They won’t answer or return any of my phone calls or emails. This company will steal your money. Stay away!
Aaron Coble was professional, knowledgeable, proficient and personable. He honored his word and showed up when promised. His workmanship was masterful, which allowed him to complete the repair with excellence. I would highly recommend that his superiors consider him for upper management as his is a very likable personality. In my opinion he went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I give him the highest possible rating and recognize him as a resounding credit to his company.
