After inspection, we were advised that we had bat activity behind several of our shutters. The crew came and sealed up all our shutters to prevent further infestation. They were timely, polite, professional, and expedient. This is our second experience with Critter Control, and we continue to be impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.
The Critter Control team was very responsive to my needs and very customer-service oriented. They did a thorough evaluation of my property and proposed a solution to get rid of rats in my crawl space that were entering from the roof and from underground. Paid a 50% deposit to get rid of squirrels in my roof. They only completed half the work and the squirrels are still in my roof. They won’t answer or return any of my phone calls or emails. This company will steal your money. Stay away!
We have open fields and woods next to our property and have been dealing with yellow jacket nests in the ground of our yard ourselves. Now that some hornets have moved in, we are letting Critter Control take care of them for us. Very happy with their friendliness and service so far!
