Paid a 50% deposit to get rid of squirrels in my roof. They only completed half the work and the squirrels are still in my roof. They won’t answer or return any of my phone calls or emails. This company will steal your money. Stay away!
Very professional while adding just the right amount of personal touch. Removed trapped critters quickly then inspected the areas to ensure there no more. Finally, he sanitized the areas. Job well done.
A very inattentive business with very poor customer service. They were prompt to come and review our property for mold control. A document was sent for contract purposes and was signed by me immediately. After a month of calling and trying to get them to follow up, I terminated to contract. Telephone customer service has no ability to remedy anything without speaking with their “service department” which is never available. Their phone service is also spotty due to poor cell service. The two man crew that serviced our house was very professional and well seasoned. Both appeared to be comfortable working on high steep roofs. They explained what they were going to do. The job was executed to our satisfaction. The office administration supporting the field crew was excellent.
