I hired critter control to remove animals access to my attic area. At the consultation I showed them the area where the animals were entering. They said they would replace it with the same material. I confirmed the replacement material would be ventilated to match the existing ventilated material and they said yes. But then they replaced it with a patch that isn’t ventilated and looks horrible. Was able to schedule a consultation for the day after I called. Once the consultation was complete we were able to schedule the nest removal and bird proof vent installation for the next week. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly.
