Everything went really well. Josh, the service manager was great. We have a lot of stuff going on right now, and he made adjustments for us on the fly. Dakota even made my wife smile. The set up went very well. So far so good
The team were patient with the contracting process ( part through the HOA ) that took multiple times until things were agreed upon. Once things were contacted, they moved very fast with the treatment (next day). The technician was good and elaborated on things as he worked and when he was done. ✅
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Called to schedule an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the same day between 3:45pm-5:45pm. I got off of work early to ensure I was at my home within the appointment time frame. The technician never showed. I called the office twice. Once, at 5pm, I was told that he should be on his way. The second call was at 6pm where I was told he must have gotten held up at his last appointment but someone would be reaching out to me to follow up. The Critter Control team was very responsive to my needs and very customer-service oriented. They did a thorough evaluation of my property and proposed a solution to get rid of rats in my crawl space that were entering from the roof and from underground. They explained proposed services clearly, offered several payment options and were able to get me on the schedule quickly.
