Another incidence of the local bank not being as helpful and friendly as they could be and another reason why I'm no longer a customer. I took my major bank debit card into their main downtown lobby teller and asked them for cash below my limit but more than I could get at ATM. She took my license and said she needed to consult with a manager. The bank itself is great in person always kind and fast. But i "try" to use the online banking ,as i used online banking a lot before with another company, and it seems like it is down or having technical problems more then it is actually working. Then when you are actually able to log in you have several "technical difficulties" where it will decide to just not load the page entirely. Fix the online problems and i would say 5 star but till then i bare with them because i like the local staff.
If you’re wondering if you should bank with this bank… DON’T!!!!!! They approve & deny whatever payments they choose which is INSANE!! If you have bills on autopay, this is NOT the bank for you!! I’ve been late on a few things because of this bank denying payments!
