The new lady with dark hair at the front desk is extremely rude. I went to cash some savings bonds & she looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't greet me. Acted like it was ridiculous that I wanted to cash them because they weren't fully mature yet. Interrupted me while I was talking to correct me on something. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. I ended up just asking for them back & she didn't apologize or close the interaction at all.
Never had a bad experience with any of the ladies there. Always went over and beyond customer service. Never not greeted with a smile.
