Their “tech upgrade” for their calling system is beyond useless. I can’t get ahold of anyone. My insurance company can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve gotten ahold of maybe 2 people in the last week out of 14 attempts and neither could help me. If they want their $30,000 my car that no longer exist paid off they need to fix that
We've banked at Croghan for years. The few times that issues arose they were handled with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. I've never been spoken to rudely or treated "less than".
