Great Property Love this property! Great location and staff is eager to help tenants have a great environment. They have wonderful amenities and doing several upgrades to the apartments. If you need a quit place to live you should check these apartments out!!

New Management The prperty has been under a new management since spring 2022. Megan, Vicky, Darrell and Brian have taken significant steps to address and fix unresolved issues from previous management. Yes a good place to reside.

Ridgemont apartments Apartments,are old but kept up. They are family friendly and have parties and give out trats freqently. Down side is no washer dryer hook ups. They are in a one of the best school districts.

They don’t fix anything properly and will tow your car if the tire is flat. I haven’t had working AC for 2 years now. Old unit was falsely fixed(worked for 3 days) and then they wouldn’t come back. Next summer comes along and they tell us it’s totaled, and that they will replace. Nothing happened for 3 months and then I’m dead of summer they take unit away and never bother with replacement. A Legitimate Review! Crossings at Minshall Park has potential, it just needs the right leadership to direct it. But as it stands it has become a cruel reality to some who call it home. This complex is hurting for money and it is obvious. The front office has to be tough its understandable but very frustrating and can raise your anxiety if your are the faint of heart. New ownership taking a steep downward spiral These apartments are very quick to demand their money and even get ugly about it, but heaven forbid, you have a maintenance issue. Doesn't matter how big or small or how much of an emergency it is, it will always be put on back burner. There are ac units going out all the time. Older units having to be charged monthly, yet never being replaced. Ceilings caving in from active leaks that are months old... we won't even begin to speak on the mold. Package pick up The office sent out notes to everyone saying they will now refuse to accept packages and send it back from USPS, UPS and Fed Ex because of weight limits. And if they do accept any packages they now have certain hours for you to come by to pick up your packages.

Money hungry I recently signed my 3rd 12 month lease with this property in May, on June 11th I came home to a note on my door from the office saying I owe them another $189 with no explanation as to why this money is owed. Unfortunately I don’t have the $189 to give them, so I ended up calling a relative of mine to see if they could help me out on the $189 and thankfully they were able to half me out. Turns out they hadn’t paid my water, trash or sewer in 6 months...........
