Wow, you're waiting months for a maintenance request to be finished. She constantly makes excuses for a reason of why your work orders can't be completed they allow homeless people to live in the vacant units. DONT RENT UNLESS ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION. JUST BECAUSE THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU RUN AROUNDS! I ASKED FOR A LEASE FOR MY SSI AND THE NEW MANGER SAID THAT SSI WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT. SO ONCE AGAIN THE OFFICE MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT WHATS HAPPENING BUT THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I love the multiple playgrounds that my kids can play at. The ladies in the office are very friendly and informative. I appreciate that they care about us residence. Never had to wait over 24 hours for any maintenance to be done to my apartment. Big or Little! Highly professional all around. No bad words to say about this apartment complex. Will highly recommend!
Don't rent here I've not had hot water since November of 2023 and now it's March had no heater all winter and they don't care
I came here to apply for an apartment and the woman that helped me out here was the best! Her name was Denisha and she was so nice in helping me out. There should be more people that work in apartment complexes like her. Such a great woman.
