I love the multiple playgrounds that my kids can play at. The ladies in the office are very friendly and informative. I appreciate that they care about us residence. Never had to wait over 24 hours for any maintenance to be done to my apartment. Big or Little! Highly professional all around. No bad words to say about this apartment complex. Will highly recommend!

I came here to apply for an apartment and the woman that helped me out here was the best! Her name was Denisha and she was so nice in helping me out. There should be more people that work in apartment complexes like her. Such a great woman.

I've only lived here for a month and several things have already broke, which wouldn't be so bad if they actually came and fixed them. My ac has been out for a month and they haven't fixed it yet. They never answer when I call the office.

Probably one of the worst places to live in Tulsa. Between the stray dogs, gunfire, the occasional strangers walking around busting windows for fun, roaches, bedbugs, horrible maintenance. They slapped a new coat of paint on the buildings but they are still the same trash apartment complex. The entire time I have lived here not once has the office actual been helpful. I would avoid this place like the plague unless you have literally no other options. I would give it negative stars if I could.
