You want a review? I’ll give you a review. Lived here for over a year. Don’t move here. Water shuts off about once a month for some reason or another. No hot water for 12 days as of right now. There’s nobody in the office or answering the phone during the business day, I’ve checked multiple times today and yesterday. Sometimes they text you a warning about the water, this time they didn’t. 0 stars ! Been here for over a year now .They can’t run the property correctly. Overflown with roaches and rodents . Maintenance will get back to you maybe after 3 weeks . Been without AC for about 2 months . They take forever to get back to you! Would not recommend . The electrical breaker will go out on you out of nowhere ! The pool hasn’t been cleaned since last year . .. plz find a better apartment because I promise anywhere is better !
Worst apartments so far that I have ever lived in. There’s never any hot water every weekend, rent gets raised without warning, staff isn’t the nicest, and the stuff that pest control sprays in the apartments doesn’t do anything except attract more bugs everything is fine no bugs on sight when they don’t spray but then they do and the bugs come back. Every new management it just gets worse and worse and the AC never works. I don’t recommend this place 0 stars if I could.
I buy my own pest control ❤️Old apts so you’re going have mice problems & sometimes roach problems. All you need is rat poison called - just one bite mouse poison. What it does is feed the mice nest & babies makes them dehydrated & die outside . You never find a mouse in your apt . Good Raid defense & and control bug spray for all kinds of bugs will do . Update 2 hours later- the water is literally out with no notice??, Ive been here for about a year now and at first they were what your paying for, but now its not worth living in this area for this price. The hot water is always going out, they are always fixing the water so good luck having water after a Long days work, they also don't care that their residents park in the court yards, they are raising rent and trying to slap luxury apartments on the name, when all you get is nasty parking lots filled with trash all the tim... read more
