Update: If the property manager has to leave a review just to get the ratings up. That is just desperate (Screenshot in comments) I waited to move out to give my review due to on going issues with the leasing office. For one I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you are desperate. The property itself is poor maintenance. Drive past there and you will see yourself. I'm sorry, I got this Apartment Complex, confused with another, I really have nothing bad to say about this place, a few friends live here and my car got dented but that seems to happen a lot to me 😂 might be my parking, sorry about the confusion but this is a great place to live, the rent rates are very acceptable here. You want a review? I’ll give you a review. Lived here for over a year. Don’t move here. Water shuts off about once a month for some reason or another. No hot water for 12 days as of right now. There’s nobody in the office or answering the phone during the business day, I’ve checked multiple times today and yesterday. Sometimes they text you a warning about the water, this time they didn’t. Worst apartments so far that I have ever lived in. There’s never any hot water every weekend, rent gets raised without warning, staff isn’t the nicest, and the stuff that pest control sprays in the apartments doesn’t do anything except attract more bugs everything is fine no bugs on sight when they don’t spray but then they do and the bugs come back. Every new management it just gets worse and worse and the AC never works. I don’t recommend this place 0 stars if I could.
0 stars ! Been here for over a year now .They can’t run the property correctly. Overflown with roaches and rodents . Maintenance will get back to you maybe after 3 weeks . Been without AC for about 2 months . They take forever to get back to you! Would not recommend . The electrical breaker will go out on you out of nowhere ! The pool hasn’t been cleaned since last year . .. plz find a better apartment because I promise anywhere is better !
