Absolutely grateful for the Crossings at South Park! Helped myself and my children in a major time of need! Apartment is spacious & beautiful! Kids LOVE the little park by the office, on site laundry has been amazing, & the management is EXCEPTIONAL! I would highly recommend to anyone I know!!
At first I liked them but then as time progressed it became the Fairdale hood. my apartment flooded in the first three weeks of moving there three times due to the construction men. apartment only been up a year AC been going out and my apartment had mold. Not even two weeks being gone someone already moved in. They only come and spray bleach over the mold just for it to return. Literally thrown up apartments. Upon the process of moving in it was very quick and blissful for a single mama of three, it’s like everything aligned for me! I have had the best experience working with the front office. I have been searching for a safe place for me and my kids to make home and I tell ya some people don’t like answering questions or helping you out but that was not my experience here. Lindsey in the office is so knowledgeable on this property and just the process in general and definitely made this decision so much easier! I just can’t say enough great things about her! Check them out if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed!
The office staff/team has been so helpful and pleasant with me. They have gone the extra mile to help me resolve issues . Looking forward to living here. The complex ARE BEAUTIFUL. The playground is nice… I definitely would suggest having grills station maybe in future gym for adults .. there needs be something also for adults as well . Parking should be 2 pass per home any other pass should be additional.. definitely can say staff working hard to have complex become community… Lindsay and jess has been outstanding amazing... read more
