Rented a diesel powered heater and it worked great for the first day but the second day it failed to even start. I took it back that morning expecting for them to repair it and allow me to finish what I started but the guy closed out my ticket and told me he's done with it and I'll have to rent it again. Not very professional in my opinion but at least the dude behind the counter got his money and apparently that's all he's worried about, not that his equipment failed on the customer preventing me from finishing what I paid ... read more
Personal service is good but the equipment presented for rent are mostly very old. I had to restart the engine of the skid steer I rented for a day every 5 minutes. The mini skid steer engine stalls many times when I tried loading some gravel. I advise future renters to inspect the equipment before signing the paperwork.
Great folks, quick process checking equipment in & out, equipment worked great despite appearing to have been beat to hell. So only negative is the age & condition of equipment. Obviously maintainers are good at what they do because equipment operated fine. Luckily I was familiar with equipment controls because many of the control labels are missing.
Nice staff and good prices. Rented a stump grinder. Would definitely recommend.
The product selection was great. I had multiple choices for aerators and was able to complete my lawn for $50 vs the $500 the lawn company wanted to charge. Machine was clean, worked great and store employees were great. Thans!
