These are amazingly kind people. They went above and beyond to meet the needs for our Blazing Sun ~ Run for Freedom last year. We're very pleased to give them the highest 5 star rating.

Avoid renting equipment from the Crossland rental off of 14th and Portland... No Customer Service what so ever , BAD BAD BAD Coummencation . Rude Rude Rude , I rather to pay more and get better customer service .
The 29th & Santa Fe store has a few staff members that are very rude they seem to think they are superior above the customer talking in a condescending tone just extremely unprofessional. I had paid for a Bobcat and before I could finish the job plus leaving time left on the machine it broke down when called them they said we could fix it ourselves cost on us or they would make a service call for $85 not including parts that would cost us the customer more so I was not pleased at all with this practice so I said well what ab... read more
Avoid this place like Asian bird flu. These clowns rent out busted equipment then they charge you full rental cost when you bring it back with the job left half done AND will charge your credit card to fix their busted crap. If you hate yourself enough to actually go here, look at the back of their "contract". It's written in damn near invisible ink, then when they want to screw you they reprint it with the back in bold. Terrible Terrible, Please stay away. Rented equipment to tear up tile and remove grout from the kitchen. People recommended equipment for the job. Both products were useless returned one and asked for my money back on the other. Had to go to Home Depot and re-rent everything to get the job done. Avoid renting equipment from the Crossland rental off of 10th and Portland... Go to HOme Depot better equipment they care about customer service and it clean... Terrible place will never go back and will never never reccommend
GOD AWFUL. Take your business else where no matter what. Employees have no idea how much the rental will truely cost until after you return what you rented and they add on several extra charges that they cant explain what they are for. They dont fully know what the machines you rent will do and have no clue when you ask for advice. Walmart employees have more sense than the people who work here
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A PIECE OF TRASH. GAVE US A PIECE OF EQUIPTMENT THAT WAS BEAT UP AND DIDN'T WORK VERY WELL. THE HOUR METER ON THIS UNIT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, I USED IT FOR 45 MINUTES AND IT READ 3 HOURS! I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
