From the minute we contacted Crossroads the support process started immediately. While my father passed away after only 36 hours after we contacted Crossroads their care and help eased my father's discomfort at the end. We were so pleased by their professionalism, speed in response and care.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. WORST hospice care. My dad suffered to the bitter ends with a nurse who had no idea what she was doing. At one point, she was reading the instructions on how to insert a port. My dad ran out of pain meds MULTIPLE times. The incompetence in training staff and high turnover. My dad SUFFERED at the end. My sister was on Crossroads. They promise the sun and moon and under deliver on each and every promise. She was places by Crossroads into a facility in August. She was placed in a room with no air conditioning. It took two days to get her moved while I purchased fans and bags of ice to keep her comfortable. They are the worst. Not even worth a star i have to at least give one to get this to register.
