I cannot recommend crossroads hospice nursing coordination and staff enough. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer in late May and everything that could go wrong, did go wrong throughout her treatment course. Ultimately, in the last week of her life, she ended up hospitalized after one of her treatments. She was very sick when she was admitted to Cleveland clinic and declining rapidly. This place is awful currently looking for new care for my mother. The aide that is supposed to come help my mom shower calls off half the time and the other half she just doesn't even show up. She was supposed to come Tuesday and Friday and then changed her days to wed and Friday. Then today she asked my mom if she could just come on Friday when last week she didn't show up or even call. As some others have noted, I had to give at least 1 star to submit a review. My family was left waiting by representative for nearly 3 HOURS ...with no follow up or phone calls to reschedule until they were already over 2 hours late. The lack of concern and professionalism is absolutely astounding. Run, don't walk to another provider! Your loved ones deserve better!

I had to give 1 star to write a review. Otherwise, I would give a 0. I had a referral to Crossroads for palliative care. The nurse came to my house to tell me that they were not taking new patients. They did not tell my doctor's office when the staff called because the referral was written incorrectly. My mother spoke to Leigh(Lee), who asked if I needed to be seen the same day. I don't recommend this hospice at all. The first visit, my family learned all about the nurse's new pool and how much it was going to cost to fill. Medications needed to help breathing took well over a week to be delivered. The doctor recruited another family member as a patient when he did an admission visit for the hospice patient. The E-kit wasn't delivered until at least 2 weeks after admission.
