Please don’t let your loved one have crossroads take care of them. We live in the Akron, Ohio area and the Nurses and aides do not care and do not do their jobs. Always on their ipad or phone and not paying attention to my mother. I called to speak to the director of the company and they just pit me in their voicemail this was October 1st. This company is they worst hospice company to use they don’t care about your loved one and there doctors are completely bullshit when your loved one passes they don’t sign the death certificate so you can get your loved one back in a timely manner I gave now going on two weeks since my father passed and they are refusing to do the death certificate so I can get my father back for his funeral and he is a Vietnam veteran that does not deserve this kind of bullshit I should have already had my dad back for his funeral instead i... read more

As someone who worked for crossroads valley view location for almost 3yrs and just quit over the last week. If you are considering employment with Crossroads please DO NOT!!! When I first started here I loved the company, upper management, the nurses and aides I worked with, it was great! Over the last 6 months I’ve watched the company dwindle and die. 75% of all staff has QUIT! First I want to say, I am the aunt Becky. Your patient was Amie Nicole Baumbach from Georgetown, Oh. Crossroads talked a great game, but when you needed them or wanted to ask a question, they were very unpredictable. Nurses showed No compassion towards the patient. Do not let this people in your house if you realy love your love one and respect your dignity. Most of the personal is berely incompetent and when you are trying to comolain they retaliate. After they do someting you have 2 loads of laundry after them. That shameless people are receiving salaries doing almost nothing,and to whom To families in deep trouble and desperation.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. This place is a joke. I got told that the only way he could come home from a nursing home was to put him on Palliative care. Which made no since when he dont take pain meds. All they talk about is how bad off he was and absolutely just down right negative about someone showing improvements.
