This outfit sent someone out for palliative (not hospice) care for my 92 year old father, they arrived late, were coughing, sat down to see my father, then announced his insurance doesn't cover palliative care. What on earth was the point of that, why not just tell me on the phone. Why waste everyones time. A new annal of stupidity in the horrible health care in this country.
