I love the staff and Dr. Cerapani. They are the best. I look forward to my visits just to give them an update. Dr. Cerapani makes me feel like family and she takes the time and effort to support me and to make sure that I'm doing ok. I couldn't ask for a better staff and doctor to see in my road to recovery. I love them all.

I just can’t say enough good things about Crossroads. Ever since ownership changed from ARS to Crossroads, the entire facility has strived for excellence. My care provider, Mary Cerapini, is probably the best health care professional I’ve interacted with. Very sympathetic, empathetic, understanding, and personable.

The staff is always so professional. They always greet you by name, they take the time to connect with you on a professional yet compassionate level. I’ve never once felt judged or belittled.. They have handled the whole COVID situation better than any other Dr office..
