The staff is very professional polite caring respectful and helpful everyone is always friendly with a nice smile it’s always very clean and neat I just can’t say enough good about it I’m always in and out quickly Thank You for the opportunity to participate in this survey Michael

My counselor is great but administration is lousy, I paid a whole month in advance due to an incorrect insurance number, but it was rectified immediately 10 months ago and I’m still waiting for my refund . It seams that you decided to use it to pay my monthly deductible without my consent. That decision was for me to make and not the institution

Love the in house staff but very shady administration, 3months ago had a problem with my insurance card payed the whole month , fixed the problem now 3 months later not only having problems getting my refund but now they say I owe over 6 hundred dollars , no one knows why but don’t be the one to owe them money cause they are quick to collect. Thanks, your sober client.

Life saving, I just can’t understand why the government makes it so hard difficult and expensive to receive this type of treatment. Is not hard to see those who are benefiting from this Program and those who don’t.

Don't get me wrong but the thing is I've been there for about 2 years now and I've have had 5 different counselors. 2 have only left ... I feel like an abuse case like nobody wants me... way to make someone feel good about sobriety.. also 2 years and not 1 take home ... I have to come every day ... even when I had a broken back ...straight out of hospital!!!! I mean wtf .... yes the methadone works but come on !!!! Sometimes I think I should just get high

I originally transferred from the crossroads in Florence to the one in Columbia and due to my job I have guest dosed at numerous clinics all over the us, and by far my favorite clinic is the crossroads of Columbia they have treated me very good and always looked out for me and my recovery and I’m very grateful. The Florence clinic however was an awful experience.
