It went okay. Staff was nice. Doctor tries to spoon feed though. Bathroom there has no step down sign and I Was not told so I fell.

Always pleasant, very caring, so far not a single bad experience. I actually look forward to speaking with a few representatives over the phone when they call. Which is odd because I normally am not a 'phone talker' but it's been pretty awesome. Crossroads has done well by me!!

I had nothing, but praise for Crossroads until this past Saturday 10/3/2020. I’ve had Saturday appointments in Indiana for at least two years, even when going virtual since COVID-19 has changed our lives. During my appointment I found out that Ms. Montgomery will be leaving Crossroads and I’ve been switched to Tuesday’s with another Dr...I work and Saturday’s worked perfectly for me in Indiana, but now I will have to take a half or whole vacation day for my Tuesday appointments unless I go to Johnstown. The receptionist was very nice very helpful super patient I was in and out of there in a half hour and it was my first time there that's pretty fast if you ask me

My experience waa great. Only thing i would do to umprove, is the wait on tele-med. I set for at least an hour, of not longer on my phone waiting for my appt.
