I’ve been to many places in the past Crossroads has been the best and helped me save my life. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a problem, well worth it compared to other facilities that all they care about is making a dollar not at crossroads they care about your recovery. Great !! everyone treats me with such respect that means a lot to me , they are all so nice and also professional they don’t judge me by the meds I’m on the whole office is a nice place to go if that makes sense lol.

As soon as I walked in I was treated with the most respect staff was very very very nice I would highly recommend this facility if you have a problem on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 much better than any other place. I’ve been to most places just care about the money, not Crossroads they take their time and care about you.

They make the entire process as easy, quick and painless as possible. TBH I don’t know where they could improve on things when it’s already perfect. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor is great as well! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very professional, friendly, wants me to succeed. Strict on dosages as I ween of medication, what I need. Office environment comfortable and accepting. Gave 4 rating but should have been 5

I’ve been around all types of treatment facilities for various things for decades. During that time I’ve had challenges but have remained very successful in all my endeavors. I see a lot of places that don’t tend to evaluate individuals on an individual basis but instead rigidly hold to a certain ideology. I’ve seen some that while not doing it correctly seem very concerned with their funding. I’ve seen some that treat people (with addictions/mental illness &/or GENIUS) as second class citizens.
