The staff and Mrs. Kristen Powers the pharmacist are top notch. Courtney Bowman does a superb job of being the head person in charge and Mrs. Amy fills in for her in her absence. They will do everything they can to help you achieve your goals as long as you do your part. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone there. If I had anything neg to say is they are having a hard time retaining counselors for whatever reason and it gets frustrating when you have to keep telling a new person exactly why you are there... read more

I was transferring from another clinic and the ladies at crossroads and the gentleman really helped my transfer goes smoothly and help me with whatever I needed at that moment and that was amazing.

Great staff and understanding counselors that give you all the resources you need to succeed .Outstanding program if you are there for the right reasons.
