I’m really grateful for the staff at the Waskom, TX clinic, and for all the help they gave me in the beginning, especially. I don’t know why Crossroads has decided to close our location, but I hate that you are (closing it).
All the people that help me at the clinic are wonderful. They seem to care about my wellbeing. Especially my counselor Jan! She is very easy to talk to and she is easy to open up to. I’m glad I have a place to go with people that care.

The Waskom branch is the BEST…,and it starts the second I walk in to check in and pay my monthly fee (she’s super friendly). My counselor, Ms. Jan, is the greatest. And the nurse team is awesome! I would highly recommend the clinic— and have to many friends and family.

It is a waste of time and resources to attend counseling when counseling is needed. We do not ever have anything to talk about because none of the drug questions answers apply to me. I’ve been attending for two years and have passed every drug test I’ve taken. I did not enroll there to take drugs of any kind other than what my doctor prescribes and what is given to me there. Treatment has been great and very supportive, but sometimes I feel blindsided by things because I had been told one thing, then something different happens. But overall they did their job and got me stable

Everyone is so nice and understanding. As long as your respectful and follow the rules.....EVERY employee has been NOTHING but kind towards me! I know if I have an emergency and I call them....they will be there to help me! Best clinic I've ever been in and my last clinic. Jan is awesome as far as a counselor....always down to help me
