Good apartment! My apt is Crosstimber, and that is good apt. It have good location. Near Walmart, Elementary school, not too far Cross, TJ maxx, Target, and easy to take to Hw 55, I-40, I-540. About floor plan, it is reasonable. I love the ways they build it. The area and parking is not busy and cramped. Community is good. I feel safety, peaceful and never boring or annoying. So So experience We lived here for three years. The quality of residents leaves a lot to be desired. In some cases, you wonder do they really do the background checks. The managment team has one member that is nice, and that is Michelle. She is the epitomy of customer service. The complex manager gives off an air of not caring, and she certainly does not listen.
