Lee performed my structural inspection. He was prompt and very thorough with inspection. I had received 4 quotes for foundation repairs and the quotes for the work ranged from $5500 to $45,000. Lee's inspection revealed that some of the work recommended was not required. I highly recommended Crosstown Engineering for your structural inspection.
I contacted 4 companies to inspect my foundation and quote any recommended repairs. The quotes ranged from 6 to 16 piers, and $4K to $14K. Company worked with me to get an appointment set up quickly for a foundation evaluation on a potential property purchase. Scheduling was able to get us fit in and met all of our requirements. Would recommend or use their services again.
We had foundation repairs done to the NE corner of our house 10 years ago, so we are not new to this situation. The NW corner is now in need of adjustment. Elliot arrived on time. He was very efficient and explained everything he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions even explaining the leveling equipment he was using. I felt very comfortable with the work that Elliot did and the report that I received. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a foundation inspection.
Lee Lassiter inspected my foundation and provided a complete report with recommendations. He also made himself available weeks later to review a pipe inspection I had performed.
