I would give it no Stars. No matter what you do , they’ll blame everything on you. Their Hha sleep and don’t show up. Their Hha also don’t know how to read or navigate nyc. They admin abuse by calling you 10-20 times repetitive and leave a 2 second voicemail. I told them it’s abusive and they just say it’s what they do. Save yourself the hassle.
This company is great, I feel very good working with them, at Crown they are very professional, I recently completed a task with Ana, she was lovey, patient and professional with me!
