This is so far the worst experience during a closing. I had the rudest notary person at this place. Her name is Patte Ivie. Patte deserves zero stars. She got one so I can write this review. She expressed poor instructions on how to sign the documents and then scolded me like a child when I signed the way the form was printed. She should be retired from this job. She doesn’t know how to treat people. She has ZERO communications skills. I hope you don’t get her as your notary. She is the worst. Thank you.

I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding the service provided by your Escrow Officer, Jennifer Perez. My recent experience with Crown Title has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I have closed over 100 homes and have never experienced what my clients and I experienced at this title company. What was meant to be a happy day was ruined by the lack of professionalism and customer service provided. As I type this we are 3 hours sitting in the waiting room past our appointment time. It is absurd. Their only response is blaming the lender (we confirmed lender had docs in a timely manner). There is another couple next to us that have been here 4 hours! So this company was used by my builder, and recently I go and try to refinance my loan. I am a 100 percent disabled vet and showed that I owed 1584 in property taxes so I call them and send the bill to them to see why. So apparently they said they gave me a tax credit so I would have to pay the bill. Now send this to me in email showing that you gave me a credit and the rep on the phone said she is not going to send it to me in email.
