While he seems like a nice and trustworthy person I truly have doubts. Neal gave me an original quote to move my septic lines for a pool addition. I submitted the permit paperwork and waited 20 days or so for the go ahead. Once we got the nod to proceed Neal up the price $700 stating the system needed additional wiring. While not wanting to file new paperwork and wait longer due to the pool install, I felt I had to eat it and proceed. Terrible. We paid them about 3 months ago for them to fix our septic. They told us they would be out there within a week. They have not been here yet. Everytime we call and ask they tell us the same thing only for them to not come. Unbelievably unprofessional

Had been a customer for several years with a contract (under husband's name, different to mine) near Abner & 2727. Service was great until about 2 years ago. They never came out for check ups like they were supposed to, and the last time they did come, they left the septic system off. We sold the house recently and I needed them to do a few *simple* things to the system like change sprinkler heads, but they didn't have time for me.
