I booked a cruise on Regent Cruise line to Alaska using Cruise Planners, Naples Florida, agent Cathy Christopher. Cruise planners advertised the cruise as "first class" all inclusive including first class travel. We booked this bucket list vacation and trusted cruise planners to make all the arrangements as this was what they advertised to do ( excursions, air travel transfers) .
