This was my second time going to this office. They made such an impact the first time I had to go back again. The staff is so nice, the one that signs you in and helps you get ready with all the machines is just a joy to talk to. She always has a bubbly attitude, it just makes you feel good whenever she tells you your doing a good job. I'm so happy she was still there. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Total Vision Optometry in Chino Hills and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also had a great selection of glasses so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. But what really set Total Vision Optometry apart for me was their commitment to customer service. The doctor is nice and comfortable to work with. The new sales team were frustrating. Because of a poor frame selection, I settled. Then they called me to say what I chose was not covered. We chose a second option and the next day they called me to say that was not covered. 3x we went back and forth before I gave up on them. I ended up ordering 2 pairs of glasses online, in frames I liked, for the cost of one of their "specials."
Dr. Crum and his staff are so friendly. we have been patients for a long time. we have recommended Dr. Crum to all our friends and family close by that look for an optometrist.
Have been a patient of Dr. Crumb for years and he does a great job. The office staff as of late has been a different story. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is a challenge and if you leave a message it takes at least a week to get a response. I was told that I couldn’t pick up glasses without an appointment. All they had to do is hand them to me through the door. I wasn’t asking for a fitting or to come into the office and speak with anyone, just to have the glasses handed to me.
