Went in for my birthday free cookie and chose a 'Dark Dream' . It wasn't bad heated a Lil in the convection oven which brought all the chocolates to melty goodness. It tastes like dark chocolate meets not milk chocolate which was on another chocolatey level. The gentleman waiting on me was super fabulous by describing that week's flavors and trying to assist me with what to order as my treat. Outstanding cookies! Ordered online and they looked picture perfect at pickup. A bit pricey but fun as something different for special occasions.

I always have the best experience here. The cookies are to die for in the employees are always so nice and helpful and generous. There’s always a different variety every week of the to choose from which always makes going exciting. I look forward to going to Crumbl Weekly to indulge in whatever new flavors they put out. It’s definitely worth a try.

I’ve had a perfect or nearly perfect experience every time when picking up orders here. Ordering ahead through the app, is extremely easy; as is the pick-up process. I believe the cost (price point) is reasonable and fair, for the product/cookie. Great for gifting, parties, events, and self-indulgence of course.
