I wish I’d taken some photos before I started to eat them. I tried 4 out of 6 flavors this week and they are all phenomenal! I couldn’t resist trying them all once I had the first bite. I love soft cookies these are not hard.
I got 4 cookies. The first was a Swiss Cake Roll cookie: very rich, almost too chocolate-y. I couldn't eat the entire thing as I had intended- way too much sugar for me. It took me 3 days to consume it. It was delicious but I recommend sharing it with others. The second was a Boston Cream Pie cookie: Do not recommend. It is served chilled, which means that when it sits out for 10-15 minutes, it begins to sweat. The pie crust type cookie was soggy and the flavor was not great. A lot better than what I expected. Very good overall! Loved the four cookies I got.
Heard through the grapevine they were having a soft opening yesterday and decided to pop in. It’s huge inside and they were so quick (there were about 6 or 7 orders ahead of us when we got there). I have high hopes for them. I’m so excited for it (my wallet not so much).
